 * Love this pllugin.. finally got WP to work sending emails using SMTP.
 * Questions: my from email address is now my Gmail address. Is it at all possible
   to use my domain email address being displayed as sender?
 * Thanks!

 * That’s actually how I use it. My email address, jason -at- hendriks -dot- ca,
   is a Gmail address.
 *     ```
       Jasons-Mac-Pro:plugins jasonhendriks$ dig mx hendriks.ca | grep MX
       ;hendriks.ca.			IN	MX
       hendriks.ca.		3532	IN	MX	1 ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
       hendriks.ca.		3532	IN	MX	5 ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
       hendriks.ca.		3532	IN	MX	5 ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
       hendriks.ca.		3532	IN	MX	10 ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
       hendriks.ca.		3532	IN	MX	10 ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
       ```
 * I use the free Google Apps Standard Edition to manage my domains. Unfortunately
   Standard Edition [stopped accepting new users](https://support.google.com/a/answer/2855120?hl=en)
   at the end of 2012 and now I think your only Google option is to [pay for Google Apps for Work](https://www.google.com/work/apps/business/pricing.html).
 * Hotmail and Yahoo might have custom domain solutions, but I don’t use their services.
 * If you don’t want to pay for Google, in your case I would create a new Gmail
   account for my wordpress site (eg. “myblog@gmail.com”), and then I would set
   the reply-to field (in Postman, and for example in the header section of Contact
   Form 7) to be my real name and domain (eg. “Joe” <joe@mydomain.com>).
 * Thanks for using the plugin and please give it a rating and review!! 😀
 * Thanks for the prompt reply.
 * My WP site is set up with a gmail address. I’m using a giveaway plugin which
   sends automatic emails. In the settings of this plugin I’ve set [hello@domain.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/great-plugin-5484/hello@domain.com?output_format=md)
   as the From and Reply-to address.
 * However, in the from field my gmail address still appears…
 * I’m sorry, I wasn’t clear enough in my first message. This can’t be done without
   Google Apps managing your domain. Gmail automatically re-writes the from address
   with your proper Gmail address before it delivers your e-mail. Forging from addresses
   is a common spammer tactic and Gmail won’t allow fake from address with OAuth.
