 * Great plugin. Out of the box. Anything you can think of where you need a pdf 
   generated from user submitted data, this is great.
 * Liquid blue designs developed an employment form that mapped the data to an existing
   employment form. Great work. (This was a custom job)
 * I will definitely uses this plugin again and again.
