 * A very comprehensive way to manage pagination. I suggest the complete version.
   The whole plugin is not expensive. Just a tip to plugin author: tell buyers do
   not try to upload the entire zip folder, but to upload instead each zip folder
   option separately. It is important, because I was forbidden the installation 
   when trying to upload the whole collection.

   archive zip file that contains four installable plugin zip files. Please unzip
   the former to your desktop, and then install the later.
