Great Plug-In, Quick Support

All in all, a great plug-in, looks wonderful, nice options for style, AMAZING support, and am seriously considering upgrading to their pro version.

More detail: I enjoyed the free version of this plug-in for a year without any issues. With the Facebook API change, I ran into a couple of hick-ups which set my share counts back to zero (not Mashsharer’s fault). I found my first answer in the support forum (thorough and easy explanation). When the problem arose again, I sent an email and received a response in just a few hours. The issue was solved a few days later with the recent update, and adding the Facebook Access Token. All in all, I lost about 30% of my total shares in the process – but that may be due to me fiddling with it and trying to personally solve the issue. Still, IMHO, the best free social sharing plug-in out there. Will report back on the pro version when I try it.
