Great plug-in, great support!!

We’ve been using the miniOrange WordPress IDP SSO plug-in for a couple of years now and it’s been working great to allow our users to sign in on our WordPress site and then access our Service Provider site for a computationally-intense service. About a year ago we needed an enhancement to the plug-in to accommodate WooCommerce subscriptions and the miniOrange team met with us to understand exactly what we needed and coded up a corresponding plug-in to meet that need. We had a Zoom session so they could walk me through the installation and it worked right out of the box. Two weeks ago, we needed another enhancement and the miniOrange team got right on it and delivered a modified plug-in at no charge that solved our problem. Then, today, I had a self-inflicted problem which caused their plug-in to malfunction. I reached out to the support team and even though it was the middle of the night in India, Shubham Kolte got right on a Zoom session with me and got me back up and running. That’s what I call FIRST CLASS support!
