Advanced Ads is a great plug-in. It’s quick to install, easy to use, and very powerful.

But the best part of this plug-in is the support that Thomas provides. We had an issue and asked Thomas for help. He responded almost immediately asking for more information and screen shots. He then followed-up two times to make sure the issue was resolved.

I especially liked the way Thomas asked about what we were trying to achieve. His focus was on helping us achieve our goal in the best possible manner … not just on verifying that the plug-in was working properly.

In this case, the issue turned out to be on our side. But thanks to Thomas’ help, we were up and running very quickly.
