Great lightweight tool for making password changes look good

This is a great tool for making password changes look good for inexperienced users. I’ve used it on a couple of sites to quickly make everything themed and to save the user having to go to their profile to change the password (user accounts are fixed and members of the site have accounts setup automatically by a feed from another system). Works great for my use.
