Great if it works, no updates received

    Hello Arun,

    I am normally not the guy to leave kind of negative feedback especially in the public but in this case I am just disappointed.

    I will give your plugin three stars because it worked for half of my pictures on a pretty huge site. Also the renaming feature is unmatched and I think it is a great tool for a lot of people.

    What I did not like was your simple “I have no clue why these are not updated” answer when I contacted you about this issue. What I also find very disappointing is the fact of ignoring all further emails and denying the update of the plugin for me although you promised three months updates and there was a new version I would like to have tried out.

    I tried to be friendly in my conversation and react on your advice and read through the manual. Just ignoring, however, does not seem to be the right move.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. I totally understand your point of view. In retrospect I could have communicated a lot more than what I did.

    Please accept my apologies.

    I went back and read through our conversations. I am still not sure what more can be done. If you think another look can help, please let’s give it another try.
