• I’m currently evaluating Zendesk for a client, who don’t have a WordPress site but wanted to see how well it would integrate with my own site.

    It wouldn’t work because it said I wasn’t logged in to Zendesk and after deleting and reinstalling the Plugin, it still doesn’t.
    Their 1st line support escalated it to someone who appears to be on the other side of the world.
    So, I’ve given up.

    Shame ‘coz I really like Zendesk but they just don’t seem to have thought about this and it worries me that their support is so poor.
