  • I installed this plugin (free version) but at first could not get it to work properly. I contacted the developer via their support portal at http://support.solwininfotech.com/ and immediately was contacted by them. From then on Alkesh Solwin provided excellent support and helped me to resolve the problems. As it turned out, the main problem (not reporting correct user IP) was caused by my hosting provider’s server setup, but thanks to Solwin’s support and with help of my hosting provider (Vidahost in the UK) we got it all fixed in a few days.

    I can thoroughly recommend this plugin, and considering I was using the free plugin, I must say that Solwin’s tech support/customer srvice has been 1st class.

    We noticed your query related to date and time log.. but that is not an issue. That is support request. Now, we added a support for local time log instead of system time.

    In next version, you may clear your current list.
