• `The plugin helps to create great forms and allows many application possibilities. For that I would like to give it 5 stars and for that I had also used it for a year in the pro version (on several websites), as I was within a reasonable price range thanks to a discount code.
Now the pro version has expired and as expected I can’t create new forms – no problem at all BUT I can’t access any data at all anymore! All old messages, collected form data etc. have now disappeared behind a pop-up! So I have to buy an annual licence again so that I can access MY old data? This is incredibly damaging to my business and I will definitely not fall into this trap again!

So anyone who wants to use HappyForms should definitely be aware that it is a decision that cannot easily be reversed.

Again, really sorry about this hiccup. It sounds more like a bit of miscommunication than anything. Don’t sweat it — we’ll get this sorted out over email 🙂
