Great functionality and real people behind it!

The level of functionality offered within the free version of the “User Registration and Memberships” plugin is simply incredible, and the Plans are very reasonable. Their instructional videos and documentation are detailed and high-quality, and they make it very easy to understand their product from the very start. Furthermore, the development team are All Stars! I found a conflict I couldn’t solve, and they responded promptly through their chat function. They were able to resolve my issue, and their assistance was professional, patient and courteous. There are real people behind this product, and I find that to be extremely reassuring. I highly recommend this URM and deeply appreciate the support they back it up with.
