Overall it is a very good plugin.
Two simple things I think could help improve its usability, such as
1. Have an FAQ section for the plugin. It took me 15 minutes to go through the source code to find out the naming convention of the customized email template directory to put in my theme’s directory. It is “/quotes-for-wc/”
2. When you click on ‘Send Quote’, so an invoice/quote can be sent to the customer, there is hardly any indication that it was sent (only small grey text on a gray background that shows for 2 seconds). I suggest making the sent notification much larger and more visible. Also, add to the “Order note” that the quote was sent. As it is now the only way I can confirm a quote was sent is to check my email log – using a different plugin.
