 * Bought the pro version and it is loaded with great features! We had an issue 
   with the email piping and support was able to help us to quickly get to the bottom
   of the issue which turned out to be due to some of our configurations.
 * If your looking for a complete ticketing solution in a single plugin this is 
   the one for you.
