  • I would really love to use this software as it has awesome features. But firstly, it slows the website down significantly, and their built in caching really doesn’t make much of a difference. Then from an issue I had plus monitoring the author’s responses to others with similar issues, they blamed the security plugins and caching plugins. You need a caching software as the plugin is so slow! While it’s unrealistic to expect plugin developers to account for the millions of scenarios and setups out there, and dealing with help forums is frustrating in itself, this just seems like standard things that most WordPress websites would have installed and there shouldn’t be an issue. If they can fix the speed and the glitches, I would change my rating. And I’m giving the rest of you a heads up to test the software extensively on your website before implementing it. (p.s. I’m a web designer so I am no newbie to figuring out plugin issues).

    – adjusting some of the setup options including caching and gzip compression, etc..
    – moving towards one of our hosted calendar setups (we have a free version too)
    – be aware that the server itself, the WP theme, other 3rd party plugins may also contribute to slowness for which we can recommend tweaks/changes/upgrades etc..

    We also provide prioritized support — from your Timely dashboard, via the “Get Help” link (ticket system).
