Great features, Buggy Updates, Weak support

    Events Manager and Events Manager Pro have a long list of very good features.
    • However, every release with new features is buggy. Too often, a release with new features breaks basic functionality. Often a .2 or .3 patch release is needed to solve the bugs.
    • Support is also marginal. 1 primary support person who asks for admin access to your website to troubleshoot. Not good.
