 * This is perfect for my use. Customer wants to have an online order shop for his
   pizza restaurant, with the form data ultimately going to a fax number. This plugin
   does what I need to get the form data to email, which is picked up by an email-
   to-fax service.
 * It took an hour or so to really figure out the way it worked. Not too bad to 
   get a free online ordering system for my client.
 * Works fine in my installation of WordPress 4.0 on my dedicated server, and also
   works on the (likely shared) webhost the site was transferred to.
 * One little glitch that really should be looked at is when there is a calculated
   field, such as two items for $9.95 each…. the total will show up as $19.9 rather
   than $19.90 dropping the last decimal place. This only happens when the last 
   calculated decimal place is a zero, so not too bad, think the customer won’t 
   notice LOL.
 * Something I would like to see as well, is a way to edit the products by category,
   e.g. all the products in the “appetizers” category instead of having to search
   for them by name individually.
 * Looking forward to updated version.
