Great customizable plugin, and AMAZING customer service

The Modula galleries are great, especially in how customizable they are. I researched quite a few beforehand and none of the competitors had exactly what I wanted. Now my website looks sleek, and I have better control over the look I want to achieve. As a photographer and designer, this is important to me.

The customer service – namely Mihaela, is hands down the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of conversing with. She helped me navigate through tricky problems and went above and beyond – she truly does care, and was so patient and friendly. Thank you so much – what a gem.

If there was one thing I took issue with the Modula galleries (but wasn’t enough to knock off a star), would be that it automatically saves your progress as you make changes to the images in the editor. This is great if your computer crashes before you’re finished, but not so much if you don’t want people seeing these changes made live on your website. If it’s a minor edit you want to make it’s not really an issue though, as you should be able to do that in under a minute. Also, Mihaela told me she has opened a ticket with their developers to work through the issue.

Overall, amazing. I upgraded to the Pro, and I’m happy – it has really lifted the quality of my website/brand.
