Great customer support

The product itself works well and you can tell the folks that developed it put a lot of thought and effort into it (and, they continue to update the plugin with new features and bug fixes). What really impressed me is the level of customer support: Had a billing issue, and Ahmed promptly fixed it to my satisfaction. Will be a customer for years to come!
