Great Customer Service

I can’t say enough for the great customer service I have had. Although the plugin seems to still being developed the responsiveness to parts of the plugin that did not work well for me has been great.

For instance I did not want the bouncing logo. They fixed it and sent me an updated plugin to install. The Bold typeface in the description, they also fixed and sent me an updated plugin. They changed the label so that it lies below the image instead of on top of it. Every question is answered within 2-12 hours and just about every time they update it for me. I can’t ask for better customer service.

Features I would like:
A back and forth arrow when in the gallery so you do not have to click on each image separately, which isn’t very functional at the moment but they said they would do that in an upcoming version…Not sure when but it would be a great feature.

Resize Gallery box sizes. It would also be great if I could resize the gallery box sizes which at this time vary depending on how many you images you have in a row. For example, I wanted to have one gallery with two photos on top and the next gallery with 4 across. In order to get the images to all be the same size (when you have a 2 image gallery row over a 4 gallery row) I did a work around of putting a blank image the same color as the background of my page and made a 4 image gallery row for 2 images. I put one plain image the same as my background color on each end and two images in the middle and I was able to get the same sizes as if it was a 4 gallery row… don’t know if that makes sense, but this might help someone.
Photo Resizing
would be nice to not have to resize all my photos to fit the measurements. This is not a huge issue for me but it would be a nice feature.

I’m using this for a couple of sites now & am pleased with it and the way they work quickly with every issue I have had.
