    When my husband died he made me promise to keep up his websites. Being a photographer the websites were loaded with galleries, images, users and features that I wasn’t familiar with. It seemed like every update I had to do caused some issue (minor and not). The customer service techs at NextGen as questions to help me focus in on what the issues might be and every time I was able to get the websites working optimally again.
    Some additional functionality was requested by photo club members and I didn’t know where to start. Again the NextGen folks not only made suggestions but pointed me to exactly where in their plugin I needed to go to, how to make the changes and how to understand what I was doing.
    I think what I appreciate the most about NextGen is that they follow up with me to see if everything is working as I want it to and if they can help.
    It’s easy to write this review about a team that cares about their product and their customers. They provide exceptional value and service!
