Great company, great customer service, great vibe

Amelia has been my best experience with a software development company ever. I am picky. Prior to using Amelia I had developped my own scheduling platform specific to my needs. It was working great but code needed updating. I switched to Amelia in 2015, when it came time for me to do a major rewrite of my own code. I had no time to do it. Amelia was new on the seen. After studying all that was out there Amelia (pro) had the best flexibility (to work as I had previously developped). The features Amelia did not yet have they let me know that they were planning (an API — so I can continue to be clever myself, recurring appointments, a waiting list function, invoicing etc.). I took a gamble and Amelia has exceeded my expectations! All the promised functionality now exists. How often does that happen? And they have added functionality that I had not previously considered, like packages for my appointments, very complex options for notification before and after appointment and events and more. At the beginning I was using the integration with WooCommerce to manage the money side. That works great. But now I am just 100% with Amelia using their financial tools and it is very smooth and elegant for my clients. And it simplifies my site. But what is more? Great company, great customer service, great vibe, responsive to customer needs, the best.
