Great Community Platform and Excellent Support

I’ve installed and purchased several plugs that will remain nameless, in an attempt to create an engaging, easy to navigate and most importantly, aesthetically pleasing community. They all had their strengths, however, none of them quite delivered a complete package. I stumbled upon PeepSo and was pleasantly surprised as to the depth of the product offering. The base is FREE, however, the Ultimate Bundle delivers a wealth of functionality for a reasonable investment!

I had some technical challenges, as I ported my site from its existing hosting platform to a host platform recommended by the PeepSo team, which is designed to support a WordPress community properly and efficiently. However, somehow it turned out that several tables in the database and cron jobs were not set-up, mismatched, etc. Stuff waaayy way over my head.

The PeepSo technical support team promptly provided me with instructions on what needed to be done in order to get the few things that were messed up in the database working. I didn’t understand exactly how to implement the fixes. Therefore, the PeepSo team reached out to my new hosting platform and together they got things sorted. More importantly, they took the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand what needed to be done and what they did to get it done! Wow!! Now that’s a class act!

PeepSo is an innovative, FRESH CODE, a well thought out product with a great vision. Frankly, I believe it to be the BEST platform to build a WordPress community.
