• We have been using the cart on our site for a year and need to be able to update to the latest version. In order to do that, we also need to get the updated version of the pro plugins we paid for. Tried to login and create ticket but system won’t let us. Contacted support email address upwards near 10 to 15 times but to no avail. The last email even said simply that we need our pro plugin updates and he still hasn’t sent them.

    Again, excellent product but don’t expect to get good support even if you pay for the pro version.
