This may be due to the fact that caching is enabled in the server settings “Optimize www-domain” – “Caching” – “14 days”?
Does it even make sense to enable caching in the domain settings on the server? Can I turn it off completely without loss?
After resetting the cache and clearing the generated css and js files, WP-Optimize works as expected: after changing the page, it deletes the page cache folder and creates it again, and does not delete minify as soon as this page is viewed! But the problem occurs periodically, when the page cache remains the same, and the css and js files are automatically recreated for some reason! I observe this on several of my sites ((They call and ask why the site is displayed crookedly. And this is because the style files no longer exist! At the same time, I did differently: cache – 30 days, minify – 30 days; cache – 0, minify – 0. There are no other cache plugins, no conflicts with plugins.
In which direction should I look for a solution?
For example, a week ago it happened on one of the sites, here is a screenshot:

Delete this topic. I switched to a caching plugin that I have been working with for a long time. No problem with him!
