    I know the osTicket forums were not helpful to the devs. Though could you all please continue support for this plugin. Thanks Key4ce.

    This plugin is continued to be supported.
    however i personally am about to move back to The Netherlands after 4 years of China (in 3 days) so i been bit too busy to do that much.

    and the main dev moved houses and so forth which also delayed development.
    since 2 weeks we have resumed development for the plugin, and a new version with several big fixes (and feature requests) should be out soon 🙂
