Great booking plugin with frequent improvements

    I purchased one of the Amelia packages and the installation/setup process went smoothly. The plugin offers a very professional booking experience and integrates well with WordPress.

    One thing I appreciate is the number of updates and continuous improvements, especially regarding the design and overall user experience. Sometimes an update may introduce a small regression, but in my experience the team usually fixes issues quickly afterward.

    The only real downside for me is the lack of an integrated online payment reminder before the appointment. This is really important to help secure online bookings and reduce missed appointments. Having automatic payment reminder notifications would make the plugin even better.

    Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Amelia.
