    We switched from Monday.com to FluentCRM + FluentBoards and we’re extremely happy with the switch. The pricing models of most of the alternative solutions tend to add up to 500 EUR and more per year whereas FluentCRM together with FluentBoards are way more affordable.

    Additionally, in the age of AI, it’s never been easier to have the system grow with your changing needs. We are now able to capture the data of folks that sent us a regular e-mail with the help of an MCP plugin -> the e-mail chain will get read out, a summary will be put together and this ends up in FluentCRM.

    We connected our CRM system to our bookkeeping solution (it also has an API) and that then allowed Claude Code to give us a list of our most important clients so we knew who to ask whether they are interested in new business. It’s all been a game changer for us and as I mentioned initially, much more affordable than comparable solutions.

    The system isn’t perfect, but if you aren’t afraid to write your own code here and there – or have it written by AI – you can easily tailor it to your specific needs.
