 * With the Hipaa plugin activated, we are having issues with some conditional logic
on radio button items when hidden. I have confirmed with gravity forms that the
issues only happens when your plugin is activated.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fgravityforms-conditional-logic-conflict%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * A little more detail. If you get to the second page for insurance questions and
select “no” for insurance, the radio buttons that are hidden are still being
   required.

 * [@codemonkeys](https://wordpress.org/support/users/codemonkeys/) I’m experiencing
the same issue (using Gravity Forms Conditional Logic). I have fields that are
shown and are required only if a specific radio field is selected first. This
plugin prohibits the form from being submitted when a form is setup this way.
I’ve submitted a support ticket through the plugin interface.

 * The latest update says it had a fix to deal with this but after updating to V1.9.8,
   still having the same issue.

 * And something new I noticed, when using a Gravity Forms Advanced field (Address),
the Street Address does not have to be filled in even though it is required.
Only works incorrectly when HIPAA plugin activated.

 * We’re looking into this now and will update you once we have it resolved.
 * We did put a fix into the last release V1.9.8 for this which wasn’t validating
conditional required checkboxes/radios properly however this fix probably didn’t
get applied to the multi-page form validation when going from one page to another.
 * We’re also looking into the advanced address field validation handling, my guess
is Gravity structures the required option around that field group a little differently
than a standard field so isn’t playing well with our validation.
 * We’ll try and get a fix out for both of these within the next day or two.

 * We just released V1.9.9 which should fix the both the conditional hidden required
fields validation in multi-page/multi-step Gravity forms as well as the advanced
   address multi-field validation.

 * Excellent. Those items are working correctly now. I do have one last item. When
using a “Name” advanced field, Gravity forms doesn’t require the middle name.
With the HIPAA plugin activated, the middle name is required. If that can be
resolved, then I will have a happy client!
