 * Hi all.
 * I’ve purchased ‘Gravity Forms’ and uploaded the plugin to a client’s website.
However, after troubleshooting some functionality issues with Gravity Forms,
it is clear that there is some sort of conflict with the Bento theme.
 * Basically, I’m trying to configure ‘notification routing’ depending on which
country a user has selected (from the pre-defined list supplied by Gravity Forms
within the ‘Drop Down field choice).
 * Whenever to try to set this up, it won’t let me add another rule (the ‘+’ sign
is clicakable, but nothing happens). Plus, it keeps saying ‘Please enter a valid
email address for all highlighted routing rules above’ when I HAVE entered a
   valid email address.
 * I have carried out a bunch of testing, and the issue DEFINITELY lies with the
theme. I tested the plugin using a WP default theme (twentyseventeen), and the
   issue never arose.

 * Hello Daniel, thanks for choosing Bento!
Since GF is a premium plugin, I will
need you to do some troubleshooting on your end; could you please provide a screenshot
of the Developer Tools with [open Console](https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/console/)
on the page where the issue occurs, after trying to add a rule. This will help
me determine with specific script is not being run properly, if any.
 * P.S. there are direct analogues to the mentioned Console in all major browsers,
if you need help with it on something else than Chrome, please let me know!

 * Thanks! There are indeed multiple JS errors on the website, now we need to find
out what is causing them (and if it’s the theme indeed, come up with fixes as
   well 🙂
 * Before we do anything else, could you please disable the Expansion Pack (Plugins-
   > Installed Plugins) and then update the core Bento theme (Appearance -> Themes)
to the latest version (2.0.5). If you have any caching plugins active, or anything
else that rearranges or defers scripts, please turn that off as well. Next, [hard-refresh the website](https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-clear-cache-2617980)
in your browser and let me know if the issue persists.

 * THank you again for your help here.
 * Unfortunately I am not seeing any ‘update’ option for the theme. [Here’s an image of what I am seeing.](https://imgur.com/a/Li17S3l)
 * I’ve looked everywhere, and cannot see an option to update this theme anywhere.
I did, however, update the standard WP themes earlier.

 * It might be due to the changes made to the theme; I can see that your website
uses Bento 1.7, while the latest version is 2.0.5 🙂 In any case, you can download
the newest version of the theme from the official page and re-install it by just
removing the existing on in Appearance -> Themes and re-installing, or manually
   via FTP.
