Gravity Forms Styler

When using Ultimate Addons with Gravity Forms, if conditional login is activated on the form, the Gravity Forms Styler block will not display on a page. The Styler block appears in the WordPress page outline, but the form cannot be edited or displayed.

I have tried deactivating all plugins and switching to 2020 theme. Same results.

Please advise.

UAG Gravity Forms Styler block added to a page. View from WP dashboard – Form does NOT have conditional logic activated on any fields:

Gravity Forms Styler block no longer visible on admin view of site – although you can see that the block is added to the page using the WP outline feature:

To recreate:
- Setup fresh install of WordPress
- Using 2021 theme
- Install
- UAG and Gravity Form plugins only
