I recently started using Gravity Forms and the Katz-supported Salesforce Plugin.
For anyone who found this post wondering about the quality of these two services, let me tell you they are amazing for a small business or blog.
Anyways, I was wondering how i can get File Upload items to attach themselves to the lead generation. I have clients and job candidates upload PDF and excel files on the web forms, but cannot seem to get them into the Notes and Attachments area.
Can i point the file upload Gravity forms to a different URL? Perhaps to Box.com? Or can i point it to Salesforce as a note and attachment? I'm open to suggestions here.
I'd appreciate any help here - while getting people's names is amazing, I'd really like to seamlessly control their files.
