Gravity Forms Role Permission

  • Hi,

I’m using gravity forms to collect some data. Only registered users will be able to fill the form. I want users to be able to edit the data submitted ONLY by them. If I give ‘gravityforms_edit_entries’ permission, will it give access to edit all the entries or entries submitted by them?

  • Yes, it will. You need to use another plugin for this sort of functionality (Gravity Forms Directory perhaps). Or use the User Registration addon and the action ‘update’ to update user profile entries.
