Gravity Forms question

Is there a Gravity Form GURU can answer my question
I need to use date as conditional item here is a example
Let say I have an item event that require registration.
So if person registers before let say 03/22/16 his registration cost will be $45.00 now after 2/22/16 price becomes $60.00.
So is there is a way to setup conditions based on specific date to create changes..
