• Hello,

After doing some debugging I’ve found that the Gravity Forms PDF Extended plugin is deleting the immediate previous entries and adding the new entry to the form. The steps I took are as follows:

Using WP 3.5.1, Gravity Forms 1.6.12 and the following additional Gravity Forms plugins:

Gravity Forms CSS Ready Class Selector 1.0.1
Gravity Forms Data Persistence Add-On 1.0
    Gravity Forms PDF Extended 2.0.1

    1. I deactivated all plugins except Gravity Forms itself and all new entries are saved as expected.

    2. Enabled Gravity Forms CSS Ready Class Selector 1.0.1 and resubmitted the form, all entries again saved as expected.

    3. Enabled Gravity Forms Data Persistence Add-On 1.0 and resubmitted the form, all entries again saved as expected.

    4. Enabled Gravity Forms PDF Extended 2.0.1 and resubmitted the form, this time the last entry was deleted and replaced with the new entry.

This plugin is useful but I’ll need to deactivate it until a new version is released addressing this bug. Feel free to contact me with any additional questions or testing actions.

    Thanks, have a great day

Can you please clarify what you mean when you say deleting the last entry? The plugin never touches the entry data in the database so there is no way for it to delete anything.

There may be a bug between Data Persistence (a plugin which manipulated entry data in the database) and PDF Extended. I haven’t tested the plugins concurrently before.

Have you tried running Gravity Forms and PDF Extended by itself to see if you are having the same issue?
