Sorry you’re having difficulties, I’m sure we can this resolved.

Is the GF working if you just put it on a page? Could you provide a link and what has to be done to trigger the popup?

    Thank you for being patient.

The gf is working perfectly when embedded on a regular page. I set the trigger to open when I click a button that has the select css class. The other content like text and images are showing up, just the form is missing.

I figured out the issue. I was testing the popup with the same form embedded in the popup as on the page itself which for some reason causes the form not to load in the popup. When I tried putting a different form in the popup it worked
    .
I ran into 2 other issues that make the popup plugin unusable for my needs though.
    1. the form is long and the popup only shows part of the form, starting from somewhere in the middle without the ability to scroll to the top.
    2. Features that I have in my form like address autofill are not working when the form is embedded in the popup.

Glad you got it working properly!

    1. To fix this issue, it simply requires you modify your popup settings. If you have a long form, make sure the popup isn’t set to “Fixed”. Find this in the Popup Editor, under the Display Settings Pane.

Also, it’s recommended you go with the Top Center Position Setting. This is also found in the Display Settings Pane of the Popup Editor.

As far as the second issue, this is an interesting point, I’ll have our Lead Dev @danieliser look into this as soon as possible.

    Thank you for being patient.

@mycustomsoftware – It sounds like there is a JS error. If the custom address fields are part of a 3rd party GF addon then it could be that their JS isn’t being loaded. This may be the case if they check the content of your page to determine if their JS should load. Since the form isn’t on the page but in the popup (rendered after the page) they may not be loading it. Either way I would check with their support first and see if they can shed some light on it.

    Hope that helps.

I have the same issue. I have multiple popups referring to the same Gravity Form on the same page but only one of them shows. Please, what could be done to fix this issue?

I’m going to close this ticket due to inactivity of the OP. OP, if you’re still having an issue, create a new thread, link this one, and we will continue troubleshooting.

Please take a moment to rate and review our plugin and/or support.

To get the best support possible, would you mind creating your own thread and describe the original problem? Also, please include a link and the popups in question. Thanks!

I had to deactivate the plugin because it crashed my visual builder (Divi from Elegant themes).
