Support » Plugin: Gravity Forms Entries in Excel » Gravity Forms Entries in Excel Showing 2 Different Layouts

This will be tricky to explain but will try my best.

So I have 2 websites, on 2 different web hosts. However, I am using the same forms on both websites. Site A is displaying all the form data like it should in separate columns (FIRST NAME, LAST NAME). However, on Site B, it combine the columns (FIRST NAME LAST NAME).

Another example is the address in Site A (ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP) but on Site B it combined everything and formatted it like so:

Unfortunately, there are some technical issues with Site A and can’t access at the moment so I can’t compare the two to see if I did something different.

So my question is it the 2 different web hosts, the plugin or something else?

    Hi @michaelranderson,

This is actually a setting on the general settings page. So, not the form-specific settings.

Go to Forms > Settings > Entries in Excel.

There is an option to enable splitting of fields. Just enable that, and save the settings. Should be fine after that.

Let me know if this helps!

    I found it lol..

You are in the Form settings here.

The General settings are located directly under “Forms”. They are settings for every form.

Checkout the sidebar: Just above Import/Export there is a Settings button. Under that page is also a Entries in Excel tab. The settings is on there 🙂
