 * The site in question: [http://www.oasysic.com/contact](http://www.oasysic.com/contact)
 * I’m having issues with Gravity Forms admin notifications. Currently there are
three different email domains set to receive the notifications. Everyone receives
them, except for the one @oasysic.com. This user can receive emails, but is unable
to receive notifications from the site.
 * The @oasysic.com emails are handled via Google Apps. I have tried using an SMTP
plugin with Gmail configurations, but then the site is not able to send anything
out or even connect to the mail server.
 * We did not experience any of these problems when we were testing from our dev
server. It’s something we’re only now experiencing since the site is on a different,“
live” server. I’ve been trying to communicate with the web host of the “live”
server, but so far he has been unsupportive in trying to resolve the issue.
 * Can anyone offer any insight as to why this is happening on the new server, and
what I can do to fix it so that the people with @oasysic.com emails can receive
   notifications from the site?
 * (Also any advice on how to communicate this all to the web host would be helpful
   too.)
 * Thanks in advance!

 * If two out of three people are receiving the emails, the problem isn’t a WordPress
one. It’s a possiblity that the oasysic.com emails aren’t actually leaving the
server and are perhaps being delivered to local user accounts.
 * You need to read the server mail logs to see what’s actually happening.
