I have Gravity Forms on my website and Woocommerce. When the Woocommerce plugin is active, I cannot update any form. When the plugin is deactivated. I can update my form.

I troubleshoot by disabling every plugin and theme, and the WooCommerce plugin causes this problem.

    How to fix/ solve this?

Gravity Forms says they cannot support this, and WooCommerce also not.

    Hi @pleunvanotten,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Can you tell us exactly what happens when you try editing your forms? Do you get any visible errors on the page or your console log? Does the page get stuck or show blank? Does it try to update but the update just doesn’t take?

On the other hand, it’s only the updating that isn’t working? Creating or deleting works fine? And how about getting submissions, are they coming through?

Can you please enable WP Debug and share the log found in WooCommerce → Status → Logs and try again, then share the error log file generated on your server?

You can do this on a staging site without interacting on your live site: https://woo.com/posts/what-is-staging-site-wordpress-how-to-set-one-up/.

Looking forward to resolving this issue for you.

Gravity Forms says they cannot support this, and WooCommerce also not.

I’m curious about this, I’m not finding any other threads from you, where did you ask WooCommerce and were told not?

    Thanks!

I have been having the same exact issue. When I try to create a new form or update a current form nothing happens when I click the button.

I reached out to Gravity Forms support and they weren’t able to provide any solutions, instead I was sent to instructed to start a ticket with Elementor and they couldn’t help me either.

There are errors showing up on the backend when I use the inspect tool, but I can’t find a solution.

@pleunvanotten I was able to work around it by deactivating ElementsKit plugin and then reactivating the plugin after updating the forms I needed to.

After troubleshooting I came to the conclusion that WooCommerce was causing the conflict when ElementKit is active. As long as one of these plugins is turned off then Gravity Forms works perfectly.

    Hello @pleunvanotten,

Could you try following the described steps by community member @jontroubleshoots, and let us know if this helps solve your issue as well?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello,

No the problem is not solved, I can workaround, but that’s not the best solution…

    Hello again @pleunvanotten,

I’m sorry to hear that the issue you’re experiencing has not been fully resolved, and the workaround is not the ideal solution for you.

However, as this seems to be more complex than we imagined, I’d recommend trying out the workaround as we await on the next WooCommerce update.

Update: Gravity Forms, ElementsKits, and Elementor rolled out new updates on Monday. My website is fixed after updating the plugins.
