Gravitar not working and visual editor for pages appears shrunken

Hello, I’m looking for some help with some bugs I’m having with the http://themeforest.net/item/ux-user-first/1210346 theme I purchased.

I’m noticing 2 major issues that I need to get fixed asap.

1. Is the Gravitar icons don’t seem to be working. I’m using Gravatar on my site and it is kind of funny that Gravatar images are showing on post comments but not showing up on Author of the posts Please see this link to understand what I’m saying: http://faithatsellersville.org/pastors-update/why-does-the-old-testament-seem-so-old/ If you notice in the comment section Paul has commented and his image shows up. However on the author picture nothing is there.

2. In the admin section when I go and try and create or edit a new page the content on the page all seems to be shrunken. Please see image: http://faithatsellersville.org/wp-content/uploads/Screen-Shot-2012-07-12-at-2.58.31-PM.png This is only on Page sections when I go to create or edit a new post the page appears normal.
Looking for some recommendations or to hire someone to help asap! Thank you in advance!
