Gravatar not showing

    Hi,

    A customer is having problems setting their profile picture using Gravatar, but the image is not coming through. I have tried changing ‘UM – Settings – Users – Gravatars’ to both Yes & No, but neither will result in the gravatar appearing. However, if I disable UM then the gravatar appears on her user profile.

    Hi @colmanc,

    Have you tried Gravatar transfer tool? You can enable it in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Extensions -> Tools. Make sure to save settings after activation and reload the page. You’ll find Gravatar transfer tool under Ultimate member section on your dashboard.

    I assume that will work as a one-off means of transferring a user’s gravatar to their UM profile. But what if someone new registers, or an existing eser updates their gravatar. Will I need to re-run the transfer tool?

    It still doesn’t explain why UM isn’t pulling in the user’s gravatar when the appropriate settings say it should.
