Gravatar image not showing – tried everything

Hi all.

My gravatar image is not showing in the author box on my theme. I’ve checked my gravatar rating (G), the code in my theme (below) and searched this forum and googled it. No answer.

Can you help to realize why my gravatar image is not showing?
