# Gravatar Errors (Author Grid Widget)

 * I’m having a few issues with gravatars (using the **Author Grid widget**) on 
   my blog:
 * 1. When I click on certain authors, I receive a “nothing found” response for 
   their bio. (This doesn’t make sense to me because I have a contributor on two
   blogs, and his profile works on one and not the other.) Solution?
 * 2. Also, all blog users do not appear in the author grid section. (This also 
   doesn’t make sense because everything works fine on my other blog — and I have
   more authors on that one.)
 * Assistance is appreciated.
