Hello, I am a complete beginner to Website building and WordPress. I have downloaded the free Graphy theme and just cannot find out how to get rid of this line in the Homepage (under “Beiträge”):

“Veröffentlicht am 1. September 2017 von steup / 0 Kommentare”

The page was already there when I downloaded this theme. Now I do not know how to delete it.

Thank you very much for any help or tips!

    Guten Abend,

Please login to your WordPress admin console (https://pro-bd.de/wp-admin) and click on ‘All Posts’ link. I believe you will see it listed there. Go ahead and trash it and your problem should be resolved.

Let me know if this helps.

    Dear Subrata Sarkar,
Thank you for your quick answer. I have tried that in the past. All the text that I have added was deleted then. But the “Startseite” Navigation Point stays and also the Grey “Veröffentlicht am 1. September 2017 von steup / 0 Kommentare” part remains. I will try again tonight when I am back at the Office.
    Dankeschoen!

Ok, Please let me know how it goes. If it does not work there might be something else to loo into!

    Hello,

In that case, I recommend that you use a static front page.

    Hello Takao Utsumi,

It worked with the static front page. Yippieh yeah …

    Thank you very very much!
