    Hello,

    I authenticated with Google and see stats on the Dashboard but have found the graphs don’t load.

    In JS Console I see this error;
    admin.php?page=monsterinsights_dashboard:359 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property ‘custom’ of undefined
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (admin.php?page=monsterinsights_dashboard:359)
    at i (load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.9.1:2)

    at HTMLDocument.K (load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.9.1:2)

    And waiting on the console I noticed there’s some heartbeat which is causing this error;
    load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=hoverIntent,common,admin-bar,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-position,wp-pointer,svg-painter,heartbeat,wp-auth-check,jquery-ui-core,j&load[]=query-ui-tooltip&ver=4.9.1:269 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hasClass’ of undefined

    Hi there,
    This is generally caused by users who have installed the Imagify plugin which bundles a 4 year out of date version of chartjs.

    If you get in touch with us at MonsterInsights.com/contact via the pre-sale form we have a snippet you can use to resolve this issue if you are in need of using the Imagify plugin.

    Thanks for looking into this Chris and getting to the bottom of it.

    Just to update the ticket the issue was a conflict with Comet Cache and a fix is tentatively scheduled for next week.

    Cheers
