How to determine the rank of a member who can only profit from clicking on the link.
That is, excluding managers, for example, and making the job only for subscribers who click on the link, and points are added automatically after clicking on the link

You will need to involve that link to be only displaying for subscribers or by role.

You can easily do it using our Restrict Content plugin: https://gamipress.com/add-ons/gamipress-restrict-content/ which can display or not blocks based on ranks, achievements, roles, etc…

Or using the membership plugin if you have already installed and using one 😄
