I’m loving Woocommerce but I am stuck on one thing…
Basically I have an order form on my site which a customer fills out (I’m not using Woocommerce for this step) to order some digital artwork. When they submit the order I get an email which details what they want and I get to work. In the next step I usually send them the completed file via email, but what I want to do is create the virtual product in Woocommerce, make it private, then send the customer the file attached to their completed order which is emailed to them via Woocommerce. This allows me to keep track of orders and products which is highly desirable for me, rather than keeping my orders in email.
I was able to create the order in Woocommerce, but I cannot attach private Products to the order. I don’t want to make the product publicly browsable on my site (through searching, or direct URL), so making the product private is important.
Is there any way to achieve what I want?
