    Hi!

    This plugin is awesome, thanks for your efforts and share.

    In my case I´m trying to grant control over the chat to a non administrator user.
    It seems that only appears on dashboard for administrator role and even cloning role with other plugins such as AAM, Members (and others) I can´t make it work for other roles.

    Is there any doc or help that I can get to solve this issue?

    Hello,

    Is it really necessary for other users to have access to plugin settings in WordPress? You, as an administrator, can just install and activate the plugin in WordPress.
    After the chat is installed and Smartsupp account connected, everything can be done from Smartsupp dashboard: https://dashboard.smartsupp.com/v2

    You can create access for all of your agents: https://dashboard.smartsupp.com/settings/agents

    After you create access for them, they can log in with their own email address and password to the dashboard. If you give them full access, they will be able to change settings (options, colors, language, texts…) and they will also be able to chat with your visitors.
    So, in conclusion, all you have to do in WordPress administration is to just install and activate the plugin. Everything else can be done from the dashboard, where you can give other users access.
