Grand flagallery album category menu display by default possible?

Would like to know if it is possible to have the category menu in an album be open by default.
Currently it only opens on hover.

If someone can tell me what line(s) of code to change and what to change them to I could easily edit them.
Might be in 2 places as this is flash that falls back for mobiles.
