Grabbing a single post for elsewhere

Hi,

I’m working on a project and want to have a blog attached to it – but the client also wants to have some of the info they input in the blog display inline on the main website, separate from the blog.

What I would like to do is be able to grab the most recent post from a category, without the headers, sidebars, or any of the meta data – just the text and images the client uploads in the backend.

So if they had http://www.site.com/blog/categories/foo, I want to have a url that I can embed in an iframe that will just grab the most recent post from foo – but without the rest of the blog shining through; no header, no sidebars, no post title, no date, etc.

Is this feasible? Are there plug-ins that can get me part of the way there?
